Production & Lead Time:

Shipping & Packing Charges:
All orders will be packed and/or boxed for shipping. The standard shipping method is LTL via a semi-truck. Shipping charges are based on the destination zip code, location, item(s), weight & required delivery services. These charges represent our cost from our preferred carriers. Packing and shipping costs will be calculated and listed on your order acknowledgement. Please contact us to inquire regarding shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
Standard Delivery:
La Lune Standard Shipping & Delivery is via semi-truck to a residential curb or commercial loading dock. Heavy items may require assistance to unload. Standard delivery does not include: bringing items inside, unpacking, disposing of packing materials, placement, or moving furniture up or down stairs. Standard delivery may not be available in some remote residential locations.
The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a 4-hour delivery window. An adult must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Delivery is not available on weekends or national holidays.
White Glove Delivery:
White glove delivery services are available in many areas and may include: inside delivery, placement in room of choice, assembly & the removal of all packing materials. Additional charges apply. Please contact us to confirm availability and pricing for White Glove service in your area.
Expedited & Direct Transit:
For large or time-sensitive orders, we offer dedicated truck delivery direct from our factory. Transit time is typically reduced to several days, depending on the destination. Delivery can be made to a commercial or residential address. A crew must be available on-site to assist with unloading and bringing the furniture inside. Please contact us to inquire about availability and pricing.
Damaged or Lost Merchandise:
Please inspect all merchandise carefully before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading). In the unlikely event of damage: note all visible damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing, save all packing materials, take clear photos of the damage to boxes and furniture & send the information to info@lalunecollection.com immediately.
If the shipment does not match the quantity of packages listed on the delivery receipt, do not sign for or accept the shipment until the shortage is noted on the delivery receipt.
If the furniture shows significant damage, please refuse the shipment and contact La Lune immediately. Claims for loss or damage are valid only if La Lune is notified within three days of the delivery date. For assistance with damage or returns, please contact us directly @ 414-263-5300.
