Damaged or Lost Merchandise

Please inspect all merchandise carefully before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading). In the unlikely event of damage: note all visible damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing, save all packing materials, take clear photos of the damage to boxes and furniture & send the information to info@lalunecollection.com immediately.

If the shipment does not match the quantity of packages listed on the delivery receipt, do not sign for or accept the shipment until the shortage is noted on the delivery receipt.

If the furniture shows significant damage, please refuse the shipment and contact La Lune immediately.  Claims for loss or damage are valid only if La Lune is notified within three days of the delivery date.  For assistance with damage or returns, please contact us directly @ 414-263-5300.
